- Eligibility for Returns
- Accreditation fees, application processing fees, and related charges are non-refundable once the review process has commenced.
- Refunds may only be considered in cases where a technical or administrative error has occurred on our part.
- Request for Refund
- To request a refund, you must contact GIEAA within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
- All refund requests must include a detailed explanation and proof of payment.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Fees related to completed applications, evaluations, certifications, or reports are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions by the applicant.
- Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The funds will be returned via the original payment method.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be communicated to GIEAA through our Contact Us page. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
- Policy Updates
